Turner & Townsend Management Solutions is the Management Consultancy division of the Group, providing specialist consultancy support to Clients in a range of key areas.

Business Programme Management – identifying, developing and delivering change work in an effective way, to maximise improvements and business benefits

Business Process Improvement – bringing clarity to business processes and assisting clients in delivering continuous improvement and improved efficiency and controls

Integrated Management Systems – helping clients establish effective system based approaches to improve management controls and across their business

Change Management and Organisational Development – working with clients to assess and implement successful changes to how their organisation and people perform

Strategic Facilities Management and Supply Chain/Outsourcing – utilising and expanding on our existing experience in the development and management of the built environment to achieve the most effective results from client’s existing facilities and resources

PPP/PFI – with experience of working on many of the most significant PPP/PFI projects in the UK and worldwide, we are able to lead teams – both client and provider - through the complete process of project development, procurement and realisation

Financial and Corporate Services – providing due diligence and validation services in a range of areas, in addition to protecting client interests through operational phase monitoring/reporting

Health, Safety and Environmental – providing the environmental specialists and expertise required to develop the policies and systems clients demand to ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety legislation

Training and Development – providing the skills and training guidance to unlock the full potential of both client’s staff to improve the return a client gets from their people

Risk and Value Management – by considering all likely scenarios, being aware of the threats and devising options and alternatives, effective risk management can assist in reducing the likelihood of any adverse corporate impact at any level. Our approach to Value Management uses innovative techniques to maximise opportunities in a creative and team based environment

Knowledge Management/Information Management – using collaborative technology, organisational learning and communities of practice as drivers for continuous improvement and innovation
