We specialise in assisting our clients to find and finance their new home on the Costa del Sol, be it for use as a permanent home, a holiday home, for letting or purely as an investment.

There are over 2,000 estate agents on the Costa del Sol. So where do you start when faced with such a confusing array of property shops? Where do you find a mortgage lender in Spain? Who will look after your new property while you are back home? What taxes will you be liable for in Spain? How do you avoid the "cowboys" that we have all read about? Once you decide to have us working by your side, we will be acting as your personal agent, guiding you in your dealings with estate agents, lawyers, banks, mortgage lenders, letting and maintenance agencies, security companies and interior designers, even after you have returned home. We are NOT estate agents and we do not have a single property on our books. However, once we know your requirements, we work on your behalf to find your perfect property by working with trusted, tried and tested estate agents and developers. We work for YOU and for nobody else and we can help by providing you with plain, practical advice and expertise, together with a range of services that go well beyond merely getting you the keys to your new home.

• Opening of Spanish bank accounts, with internet access in English, and the obtaining of cash cards, PIN numbers and cheque books on your behalf
• Assistance in transferring funds to Spain, or elsewhere, that avoids high bank transfer charges and provides commercial, rather than tourist, rates of exchange
