Our team includes a licensed real estate agent, a professional interpreter/translator well-versed in purchase/restoration (Dott. Linda Cesari) and four construction engineers/surveyors (Alessandro Capacci, Andrea Maggini, Leonardo Locchi and Matteo Lucarelli) specialising in planning, certifying and renovating properties. They will all be happy to help you through the exciting but demanding task of buying and restoring in Italy.
